General conditions :
The balance of the rental price must be paid when you pick up the keys. A guarantee deposit against damage will be requested when you arrive. This will be reimbursed at the latest 30 days after your departure; deductions will be made for any breakage or damage during your stay. The owner may refuse to let you back into his flat if it is noticed that too many people are staying in it.
